Any Technician who tests positive for COVID-19 is required to stay home for a 5-day quarantine, which is covered under our COVID leave policy. Employees can return to work after the quarantine period if they provide a negative test result and have no symptoms.
All residential Spiffy services are now 100% zero contact. Your Technician will call or text upon arrival and you can tell them where you left your car keys. They will perform the service and return your keys to where you left them. As always, you can rate and pay right from your phone.
